The ixarm.com site and the "candidat data base" have been duly authorised following advice from the CNIL (IT and liberties commission), in accordance with article 15 of law 78-17 dated 6 January 1978 concerning information technology, files and freedoms (data protection).
Personal data is collected and used in accordance with procedures described in the charter that can be accessed from the site’s home page.
Any individual whose personal data has been collected via the ixarm.com site may exercise his/her right to access, modify, correct or delete any data relating to them in accordance with articles 34 to 36 of the above mentioned law 78-17 dated 6 January 1978. Photographs The photographs used in the “weapon systems” section are extracted from the catalogues of the companies involved in the relevant programmes who have given their authorisation for limited use within the boundaries of the ixarm.com portal.
