New project of public contract code reform

The public adoption on March 31 2004 of "public contract" directives 2004/17/CE and 2004/18/CE requires a transposition in national law before January 31, 2006.

Consequently, a project of decree reforming the Public contracts code was worked out to transpose the Community directives to the organizations subjected to the French Public contracts code.
