Is there a set maximum size for an on-line bidding document?

No maximum file size has been set. Note however that the larger the file, the longer it will take to put on line by the Mindef purchasing agency and the longer it will take to download by each company. Note that it is intended to compress bidding documents to minimise the corresponding file sizes.
