If a candidate realises, prior to the deadline for submission of bids, that he has made a mistake in his electronically submitted bid, may he send a new version of his bid?

Under the “paper” procedure, a bid submitted to the administration cannot be amended and the candidate cannot submit a new bid. The same applies to bids submitted electronically.
