How does one declare a subcontractor when a contract is underway?

If a request for the acceptance of a subcontractor is submitted after the contract is signed, the contractor sends the PRM, by either registered or recorded delivery letter, a special declaration containing the following details:

  the nature of the services which the subcontractor is to provide
  the name or corporate name and address of the proposed subcontractor
  the planned amounts to be paid directly to the subcontractor
  the terms of payment for these sums
  the terms of payment assumed in the subcontractors’ draft contract, and where applicable any conditions relating to price variations

If the subcontractor is to be paid directly, the subcontracting must be covered by an additional contract clause or a special document.
