In this context, what are the plans for two portals in respect of the publication of non-formalised procedures and simplified procedures?

No link is planned with official journals other than the BOAMP. For solicitations concerning non-formalised procedures and simplified procedures for which there is no requirement for publication in BOAMP, electronic forms will be available on the "ixarm.com" and "achats.defense.gouv.fr" portals to facilitate putting online a notice of a simplified AAPC type, giving the name of the official journal which is used if applicable. However for these two types of procedures, putting a notice online is optional and thus does not require anything of the PRM.
