You can access the list of intentions to purchase via the IXARM site. The main aim is stated for each. Where relevant, additional specifications may be forwarded by fax if a request is submitted to the NATO office.

The final response date to the NATO office is given. This is mandatory. It presumes that by this date :

  You provide (by mail or fax) your company’s registered name, the full name, telephone number, telex and address (plus email where applicable) of a point of contact.

  You send the documents that enable your admissibility to be confirmed.

Any required clearance level is stated.
