CAC NC

Particular common administrative terms and conditions (CAC) for handling non-compliance, issuing and processing of a waiver request (NC).

This document was drawn up to facilitate handling of any technical deviations and concessions between the technical requirements of a contract and the products and services provided by a contractor supplier.

Based on existing administrative documents (CCAG/MI and PI, CAC/DGA/2000 and CAC/AQF/2000), this document includes the DGA quality policy, notably regarding the accountability of contractors. It sets out their obligations in relation to the Government authority for handling non-compliance.

These obligations, consistent with ISO standard 9001: 2000 (F), specify the level of transparency for the authority, especially for the final inspection.

Simpler than former issues, this document was drawn up with participation of the council for the French defence industries (CIDEF) and professional unions or associations that it represents. In the majority of contracts, government authorities annex* the text to procurement contracts.
