Are there plans to put classified information on the "ixarm.com" and "achats.defense.gouv.fr" portals?

No. The portals are not designed to carry classified defence information (for example of a “confidential” nature). This does not however preclude the handling on the portals of solicitations relating to such classified contracts, it being understood that the classified information relating to the bidding document (and to the bid) will constitute a specific appendix (as is usually the case today) to be sent by post, in compliance with current relevant regulations.
