Acceptability of companies

It must be remembered that the "Transatlantic cooperation (TC)" office plays a central role in the processing of international calls for tender issued on behalf of NATO where France is eligible. This office prepares the eligibility statement for candidate companies and then submits this to the Assistant-Director of the SDCDE for signature.

To prepare this document, the NATO office requests the company concerned to provide a documentary evidence of their ability to compete for French public contracts (see article 46 of the public contracts code): the DC5F form.

The DC5F form isto be submitted by mail, backed up where necessary by fax to save time.

Your attention is drawn to the security clauses contained in certain calls for tender. The "Transatlantic cooperation (TC)" office will then consult the DGA security department to check the company’s clearance level in order to be able to provide a certificate in the statement of admissibility in accordance with NATO document AC/4-D/2261 dated 16 January 1996.
