On the "ixarm.com" and "achats.defense.gouv.fr" portals, the search engine page is of a “passive” type. Is there a more “active” system that would allow suppliers to be directly informed of notices likely to interest them?

For non-formalised procedures, there is no specific requirement for publication in the BOAMP. For simplified procedures, publication mostly occurs through official journals other than the BOAMP. In this context, what are the plans for two portals in respect of the publication of non-formalised procedures and simplified procedures?
