Procedure for placing "accords cadre"

The framework agreement can be used without conditions and can be awarded according to all the procedures of the Public Procurement Contracts Code. Any minimal or maximal commitment is not required. The procedure for the award of the framework agreements is a prior selection stage to the public contract. This stage takes place according to the conditions defined by the Public Procurement Contracts Code for the chosen contract procedure. The contracts awarded on the basis of a framework agreement precise the characteristics of the services which were not set up in the scope of the framework agreement. This disposal is not completely clear and the purchasers will have to define:
   the limits of the need definition,
   the limits of the price definition

The framework agreement can be mono-beneficiary or multi-beneficiary
