List of notified contracts

Article 133 of French public procurement code (Code des Marches Publics - CMP) provides that the public person publishes during first quarter of each year a list of notified contracts the previous year as well as the name from the assignees.(as a replacement for article 138 of old french public procurement)

The decree of application on 27 May 2004, published in the “Journal officiel de la République française” on June 9, 2004, into precise the related obligations.

You will thus find, for the 3 types of contracts to knowing:

  contract dealing with work,
  contract dealing with supplies,
  contract dealing with services.

and gathered by "command", the list of the notified contracts by the various purchases units of the French ministry for defense. This one specifies for each contract:

  the object and the date of the contract,

  the name of the assignee (in the case of market in Co-treatment, the names of all the assignees are mentioned) and the zip code,

and this for the eight sections going from:

  20 000 € HT to 49 999 € HT (since 2006 contracts)

  50 000 € HT to 89 999 € HT (since 2006 contracts)

  90 000 € HT to 149 999 € HT

  150 000 € HT to 229 999 € HT

  230 000 € HT to 999 999 € HT

  1 000 000 € HT to 2 999 999 € HT

  3 000 000 € HT to 5 899 999 € HT

  5 900 000 € HT and more
