Article 133 of French public procurement code (Code des Marches Publics - CMP) provides that the public person publishes during first quarter of each year a list of notified contracts the previous year as well as the name from the assignees.(as a replacement for article 138 of old french public procurement).
The list of notified contracts for 2007 is on line since the 31/03/2008.
