ADAE
Agency for Information and Communication technology in french Administration (ATICA) has been created on August 2001 the 22th. It is continuation of the French MTIC in term of missions, working methods or means.
The new mission of the Agency deals specially with the definition of a common frame of interoperability between information systems of the French administration and their partners.
The agency is also be concerned with formation and recruiting of informaticians; as well as regular diffusion of informations to French administrations and others (such as professional meeting : ATICA Thursdays and publication of a weekly analysis and information letters in the continuity of the MTIC letter)
A scientific committee helps ATICA, specially to evaluate the state of art and its evolutions. A driving committee will appreciate its working program.

The official site of the Ministry of the economy, finance and industry, which joins with us in the application of new technologies to the administration. The MINEFI also provides services such as: personalised SME/SMI access, the professional tax system, customs formalities, changeover to the Euro, statistics and studies, forms, on-line procedures, etc.

French Armament Procurement Agency (DGA) is responsible for providing the armed forces with the equipment they require, on time and at the lowest cost.

SGA (General Secretary for Administration - in the Defence Ministry)
The SGA has official powers exercised through the [Judicial Affairs Directorate (“DAJ”), as well as financial, property, social and human resources tasks, but it is also responsible for policy matters relating not only to national service, but also to ex-servicemen and those entitled to war disability pensions. The SGA also undertakes tasks associated with the modernisation and de-centralisation of the administration of the ministry.

This is the site of the Ministry of Defence’s Special Adviser for SME/SMI, whose role is to provide whatever help is needed by companies faced with the sort of problems that can arise when they are contracted to a Ministry of Defence organisation. To this end, the SME/SMI Special Adviser has, in agreement with these companies, defined a “commitment to service”.
