Downloading Solicitation folders

Company solicitation folders (CCF - named DCE in French ) carried out by the various puchase units of the French Ministry of Defence may be downloaded from either of the two Internet portals www.achats.defense.gouv.fr and www.ixarm.com.

Any such downloading is however conditional on the relevant purchasing unit having decided to enable e-transmission of the Company solicitation folders (CCF); this will usually be stated in the invitation to tender notice (French acronym: AAPC) for the relevant tendering exercise.
