Declare ones intention to bid
Before gaining access to public contracts, any company must first find out the needs expressed by the administration and then, if it so desires, submit its candidature. It must also be aware that such a submission must be made within strict time limits.
These points are the subject of the next two sections which, using diagrams, provide details of the various publications containing notifications of invitation to tender, as well as the minimum time available to a company to register its candidature.
