The Europe of armaments within the Europe of defence

The establishment of a Europe of armaments is one of the parts of the European defence build-up.

The European States try to co-operate in the field of armaments to share the development costs of the military materials, to benefit from longer production series, but also to facilitate the conduct of joint military operations.
