BOAMP (The “Bulletin Officiel des Annonces des Marchés Publics” - Public contract notification bulletin) offers the opportunity to locate and examine public competitive tender notifications that are still in force and published notices announcing the award of public contracts.

OJEU
To improve transparency, to avoid discrimination in the award of public contracts, and in accordance with EC directives and international agreements, calls for tender relating to public contracts for infrastructure and the supply of goods or services must be published throughout the European Union. They can be found in the Official Journal of The European Union (“OJEU”).

On this portal you can get information on current regulations, consult existing calls for tender, submit notices to the BOAMP or the OJEU, download forms, and place orders on line for publications or apply for a subscription; it also provides information about the role of public contributors.

This website, implemented in the framework of the "@déle" (modernization of the French administration), allows to the whole of French Ministries (excepted the Ministry of Defense which has its own e-procurment platform accessible through www.ixarm.com and www.achats.defense.gouv.fr portals) to put on line their call for tender and to receive digital answers in agreement with the French procurement code (Code des Marches Publics).

SCERCAT
Announcements from SCERCAT (service central d’études et de réalisations du commissariat de l’armée de terre - French Army Commissariat research and production branch), which is an organisation attached to the Central Directorate of the French Army Commissariat.
SCERMAT is responsible for identifying and monitoring technical supply procedures as well as the study and implementation, at a technical, administrative and financial level, of the supply of equipment that is the responsibility of the French Army Commissariat.
